Our documents are supplied as Microsoft Office documents and Adobe PDF making them easily accessible to most users and audiences.
Each licence authorises use in a single Care Home or similar establishment for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you wish a licence to use the Care Plans or other documents in more than one Care Home or similar establishments a multiple user licence can be purchased online.
