Exit Interview Policy

Exit interviews are conducted with departing employees prior to their leaving date, ideally two to three weeks before their leaving date. From the Care Home’s perspective the main  aim of this interview is to learn the reasons for the person’s departure on the basis that constructive criticism is beneficial to the Care Home’s improvement and growth.
