Interview evaluation forms should be completed by the interviewers to assess the candidates overall qualifications and personal attributes, for the position to which they have applied. Under each heading the interviewer should give the candidate a numerical rating and write specific job related comments in the space provided.

This document is useful to assess the candidates suitability for the job applied for. It is also very useful to ensure that standardisation and fairness are part of the interview process.
