The menus include nutritionally well balanced meals. There is an extensive range of interesting and nutritious sample menus for 3 meals a day for a rolling 28 day period. Many elderly residents have dental and swallowing issues, therefore, there must be careful planning of a Care Home menu to ensure the nutritional needs of all residents are met.
